An extremely versatile lighting kit, this kit comes with a multitude of gels and diffusers, including:

  1. Two diffusion modifiers (one is light, and the other is strong)
  2. A snoot for creating a spotlight effect
  3. Barn doors for rectangular or line/beam effects
  4. Two different honeycomb modifiers
  5. A diffusion bulb for soft light
  6. Warming gel to get your light down to 3500K
  7. Red color gel
  8. Green color gel
  9. Blue color gel
  10. Yellow color gel

All of these are easily attachable to the lights using the magnets that are built into the modifiers. A great option for the minimalist shooter. These lights are waterproof up to 30′, but please make sure that the USB-C charging port is properly sealed before using these in water.

Color temperature: 5600k - Battery life: 1.5 hours @ 100% brightness Mounting options: One ¼” 20 tripod mount - CRI: 95 - Charging: USB-C Adapter for simultaneous charging and light use - Connectivity: Bluetooth compatible - Weight: 99 grams -
Very simple to use. There are only two buttons on the cube (a "+" and "-" button), and they control the brightness of the light, and the "-" button is used to power the cube on. There is also an app that will allow you to connect to the light using a smartphone that has bluetooth features. The app is called Lume-X. In order to connect your phone, simply open the application while the light is powered on, and you should be prompted to connect it. Note, when connecting two lights, you may have to do them one at a time, connecting one light, and then closing the application and then reconnecting the second one. For some reason, this will not connect to the actual Lumecube app, and you will need to use the Lume-X app in order to control things wirelessly. We do have a smartphone that we loan out (for free) with the lights (it also has the application for the Colorspike lights), however availability is on a first come first serve basis, and thus we cannot guarantee that it will be available when you rent this set.
